Leadership

Women Graduates–USA is governed by an elected Board of Directors. Elections are conducted at the end of the fiscal year and begin with the new fiscal year. Positions are three-year terms with the opportunity to be re-elected. Officers and Conveners are elected members of the Board of Directors.

Monthly meetings of the Board of Directors focus on operation or WG–USA with support from external contractors. Reports from Officers, Committees, Working Group and Task Force Conveners are submitted prior to each meeting and guide the meeting agenda and discussions.
